The Jewelry Training Center Inc.

The JTC is a jewelry trade school in Colorado Springs CO.

We provide continuing education to the seasoned jeweler, prepare the next generation of jewelers for the retail trade as well as offering jewelry classes to anyone interested in gems and jewelry.

We offer classes in jewelry repair, manufacturing, design, gemology and retail training.

Arthur Anton Skuratowicz, President of the JTC, teaches most of these classes.

Arthur uses an easy to understand, live video, approach to teaching and incorporates over 27 years of jewelry experience into his teachings. 

He has had the opportunity to pursue many styles of teaching and be able to select and apply the methods proven to work best.

There are two classrooms at JTC.


One is designed for gemology, jewelry design and retail training. This classroom is setup with a camera showing everything the instructor demonstrates.



The other classroom is outfitted as a complete jewelry studio with jewelry repair, metal fabrication and casting capability. This studio has a camera over the instructor's bench and high resolution monitors over the student's benches. This allows you to work allong while the instructor demonstrates techniques.

The JTC holds classes with as many as 12 students or as few as one.  Whether a full class of 12 or a one on one training session we offer the students individualized attention and hands on jewelry projects.

All of our classes are taught with live demostrations using video cameras, wall projectors and multiple monitors. Suplemental books, videos and other references are also used.
