The JTC is located accross the street from The Sinton Dairy.
Sinton road runs parallel with I-25. It may be easier to access Sinton road from Garden of the Gods Rd and Northpark Dr which runs into Sinton Rd. 

The Sinton Rd turn off from Fillmore is very close to the I-25 exit. In heavy traffic it is difficult to see and it may seem that you are getting onto I-25. If you do accidentally get on to I-25 North, get off at Garden of the Gods and make an immediate right on to Sinton rd.
You can also take Chestnut to Elkton (which passes under I-25) to Sinton Rd.
